Walgreens COVID-19 content

The health and well-being of Walgreens customers is the cornerstone of the company’s mission, so when the U.S. approached emergency use authorization of the COVID-19 vaccine in late 2020, the goal to inform and educate the general public about the vaccine became a top priority.

To accommodate an urgent need for COVID-19-related video content, the Walgreens Studio pivoted to an agile workflow and onboarded an external agency to produce roughly 15 unique videos a week.

Art direction

I led art direction that comprised the stylistic variation executed across the series, including animated infographics, fast facts, health-expert Q&As and Walgreens pharmacist interviews. I also oversaw and managed external creatives, providing creative oversight and art direction, developing storyboards and artboards for animators, and led creative kick-offs with production partners.
