The package redesign of Walgreens owned brand beauty & personal care product line is a clear expression of the new master brand (launched in 2023). In addition to needing to communicate trust, credibility, and quality, we wanted the design to reflect Walgreens brand tone, which is warm and welcoming. We executed this with soft organic shapes, a monochromatic color story of tints and shades, and utilizing white space. We wanted the design to feel bright, clean and modern. And we wanted customers to quickly understand that these are the national brand equivalents, which are just as good of quality as the name brand product.
